If you can no longer attend the conference, you can cancel your registration anytime. Please note registration cancellations are subject to our refund policy.

To cancel, you can use the “manage your registration” link found in your confirmation email. You can also email us at SBHDNASHVILLE@VANDERBILT.EDU.

What is the check-in time? – We will have a 3-hour check-in window on Sunday, June 9th. Please be sure to arrive at the dormitory hall between 3:00PM-6:00PM CST to check-in.

Do we have to purchase a Commodore Card? – YES! You will need to add the Commodore Card activation fee to your registration if you are planning to stay in campus housing. This card will be your room card, so you cannot go without it.

Are linens provided? – YES! Linens will be provided in your rooms at the time of check-in.
